Building your dreams with Architect EM

Are you looking for an Architect to design your dream home?

Well, you might want to check this out. I won’t talk too much in this post (finally!). Let the pictures do the talking.

These are just some of her works:
(I grabbed this photos on her account, she rarely upload pictures of her work especially when it's a House design, for privacy reason. And she doesn't even know I dedicated one post for her, hehe!)

Arch. EM X IBuild Ph

Arch. Michelle Saculo (Architect)
Arch. Emmeline Co (Interior Design)
IBuild Philippines (Contractor)

(Resorts World)

I had the chance to visit one of her works! I took only 1 picture since this is a house project, again, for privacy of the owner. Would you believe that this house has only 120sq.m ground floor and 60sq.m upper floor excluding roof deck? I couldn't too! Parang ang laki lang! It looks even bigger than the houses beside it.

If you're interested, you may contact her HERE.

Emmeline is a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology Intramuros (August 2008). For years, she has served actively for the architecture student council and organizations. Inspired by her professors, she explored the meaning of Sustainable Design while still in college. After graduating as one of the College Dean’s Awardees, her apprenticeship included training with Green Architecture professionals -- Arch. Luisa Daya Garcia and Mr. Carmelito Tatlonghari (Leed-Ap). A few of her apprenticeship works were featured in local magazines and TV shows. After 2 years of apprenticeship in Sustainable Architectural Design, Small-scale Project Management, and LEED Building Accreditation involvement, she took the January 2011 Architecture Licensure Exam and bagged 2nd place. She immediately started her professional practice and is currently working on Design-Build projects with a team of engineers around Metro Manila and South Luzon. Her self-imposed challenge in every project is to explore Sustainable Design while satisfying the clients' budget and needs.

Emmeline has served as the Associate Editor for the UAP Post FY 2011-2012 (the National Organization Newsletter of the United Architects of the Philippines) and has been appointed as the UAPGA (UAP Graduate Auxiliary) Chairperson FY 2012-2013. She is also the incoming Special Projects Commissioner of the UAP-Quezon City Chapter and has recently won the Most Outstanding New UAP Member Award at the UAP National Convention 2013.

On the lighter side, Emmeline is a foodie and lifestyle enthusiast. She enjoys movies, books, photography and travels on impulse.
